Therapist. Social Worker. Educator.
Communicate with each other in a safe and supportive environment, understand your relational challenges, foster empathy, and learn new skills for communication and boundary setting.
Transition-Related Surgical Assessments
Prepare for the emotional and social components of your surgical journey, learn about surgeries and what to expect, and obtain a secondary assessment for OHIP approval.
I strive to create a space that feels warm, welcoming, and safe to share these experiences and feel heard. Throughout the process, I may ask probing questions, draw your attention to your emotions, thoughts, behaviours, and embodied experiences. Together, we will explore your internal world with the aim of gaining insight about you and your relational patterns, seeking a meaningful and healing experience, and developing skills to facilitate changes you would like to make in your life.
Raised in rural Ontario, Nolan is a proudly queer and trans-identified therapist passionate about creating space for folks to process their emotional experiences, learn new tools, and find healing.
